The Atelier Nature team wishes you a good start to the school year!

On the occasion of the grape harvest, we are starting with Côtes du Couchois to create « Oenocaching® » a treasure hunt through the vineyards… to discover… while tasting!

A fun app to highlight the different stages of winemaking: Harvesting, Sorting the grapes, Maceration, Pressing, Alcohol fermentation, Malolactic transformation, Maturing, Bottling … and finally tasting!
